The rules for using AICODEMART
1. Introduction
Welcome to AICODEMART. By accessing or using our marketplace to buy or sell digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Both standard users (Buyers) and Authors (Sellers) are strictly prohibited from using fake identities or distributing illegal content.
3. Buying Items
When you purchase an item, you acquire a license to use that item according to our License Terms. You do not own the intellectual property rights to the item.
4. Selling Items (Authors)
If you register as an Author, you warrant that you own or have the right to sell the items you upload. AICODEMART charges a 20% platform commission on every sale. Authors will receive 80% of the sale price credited to their dashboard wallet.
5. Content Guidelines
You may not upload viruses, malware, stolen code (nulled scripts), or items that infringe upon third-party copyrights. We reserve the right to ban accounts and delete items that violate these rules.
