Refund Policy
How we handle your money and return requests.
1. General Refund Rules
At AICODEMART, we want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase. Since we sell digital goods (PHP scripts, templates), refunds are generally offered under the following conditions:
- The item is broken, malfunctioning, or has a critical bug.
- The item is "not as described" on the product page.
- The author does not provide support as promised.
- Security vulnerabilities are found in the code.
2. Refund Approval Process
When you submit a refund request from your Dashboard, it is sent to the Author and the Admin for review. We do not process instant refunds automatically. The author has 48 hours to resolve your issue. If they fail to fix the bug, our Admin team will step in, verify the claim, and Approve your refund.
Payment Gateway Crediting Times (After Approval)
Once your refund is Approved by the Admin, the money is reversed back to your original payment method. Please note the processing times based on your payment gateway:
If you paid via UPI, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit Card using Razorpay, the approved refund will be credited back to your bank account within 5 to 7 Business Days.
If you paid via PayPal balance or linked card, the approved refund will reflect in your PayPal account within 3 to 5 Business Days.
3. When a Refund is NOT Given
- You bought an item by mistake and downloaded the code.
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You don't have sufficient expertise to use the script.
- The item was removed from the marketplace after you downloaded it.
