Welcome to AICODEMART. By accessing or using our website, services, and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our platform.

1. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To purchase digital products, use our SaaS hosting, or sell scripts on AICODEMART, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

ProfitStack acts as a marketplace for PHP scripts, software source codes, and digital assets. When you purchase an item, you are buying a license to use it, not the intellectual property rights.

• Regular License: Allows you to use the script on a single personal or commercial project (one domain).
• Agency / Reseller Plan: If you are subscribed to our Agency Plan, you hold the right to resell the scripts to your own clients as part of your services.
• You are not allowed to distribute, share, or upload the raw source codes to public forums or torrent websites.

3. Managed SaaS Hosting Terms

We offer Managed SaaS Hosting (e.g., $12 Setup Fee + $5/month) to help users launch businesses instantly without technical knowledge.

• Domain Registration: The setup fee covers the registration of your chosen domain name for 1 year. Once registered, domain names cannot be altered or refunded.
• Recurring Payments: You are responsible for renewing your monthly or yearly hosting fees on time.
• Suspension: If a hosting payment is overdue, your SaaS application and admin access will be automatically Suspended. Data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
• We provide free SSL certificates and server maintenance, but we do not provide custom code modifications to the scripts under the hosting plan.

4. Selling & Vendor Withdrawals

Users can upload their own scripts to sell on aicodemart. Earnings are credited to the user's Wallet as Points (e.g., 1000 Points = $1.00 USD).

• Vendors can request a withdrawal once their wallet balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50.00.
• Withdrawals are processed manually via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or UPI within 3 to 5 business days.
• ProfitStack reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any uploaded script to maintain marketplace quality.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProfitStack and its authors provide scripts "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our products or hosting services.
