Digital Products (Source Codes & Scripts)

Due to the digital nature of our products (PHP Scripts, Software Source Codes, Digital Downloads), we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is downloaded/sent.

As source codes can be easily copied and duplicated, all sales are considered final. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

SaaS Managed Hosting

For our Managed Hosting services ($5/mo), you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. However, the initial setup fee (Domain Registration Fee) is non-refundable as domain names are purchased from third-party registrars immediately upon your request.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The ZIP file is completely corrupted and cannot be repaired by our technical team.
• The product is entirely functionally different from its description or live demo, and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

In such cases, please raise a support ticket within 3 days of your purchase.
