All scripts, source codes, and digital products sold on AiCodeMart are proprietary. Upon purchase, you are granted a Regular License which includes:

• Single Project Use: You may use the script for one personal or commercial project/domain.
• Customization: You are free to modify the source code to fit your specific needs.
• No Resale: You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified source code on any marketplace, forum, or platform.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Since our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Source Code), we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy.

Refunds may only be considered under the following strict conditions:

• The script is completely unusable or fundamentally broken, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 72 hours.
• The item does not match the description or the live preview provided.

4. Support and Updates

We take pride in our clean, Core PHP structure. Purchasing a script grants you access to basic technical support regarding the installation and functionality of the unmodified code.

• Updates: If a script includes "Lifetime Free Updates", you will receive all future versions at no extra cost. Some scripts may require a small fee for major version upgrades.
• Customizations: Free support does not cover custom feature developments. For custom features, you can contact us for a paid development quote.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our scripts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test our code, AiCodeMart does not guarantee that the software will be entirely error-free or compatible with all third-party plugins, server configurations, or future PHP versions.
